When will my order ship?
Orders generally ship 10 to 14 days maximum from date of the order. Highly custom jobs can take longer.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are Made in the USA.
What do I do if my order arrived damaged?
We take great care to package our products safely but sometimes they are damaged in shipping. Email an image of the damaged product with your order number and we will get you a replacement piece as quickly as possible. All shipping damage claims must be made within 10 days.
What format do I need to provide my logo or custom artwork in?
Artwork should be provided in .EPS format, or 600 DPI minimum if files are .PDF, .TIFF or .JPEG. Additional art charges may be incurred if we need to recreate or substantially clean up art. No job will begin without customers approval of any art charges.
